New Integration: Grade.us
Ho ho ho, I'm happy to announce the first of several early Christmas presents for you guys!
We've just released our Grade.us dashboard and reporting integration.
Effective immediately, you'll find it inside your standard campaign navigation, under the Reviews section.
Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you're probably aware that we only recently created the Reviews section of our dashboard, and launched it at the same time as our Yext and Birdeye integrations.
We've been inundated with requests for additional Reviews integrations and, while we wish we could grant each of those requests, we have to focus on the integrations that are used by the widest swath of our customer base. After looking at the requests that came in, Grade.us was the leader by a wide margin.
Let's do a quick walk through...
Similar to our other Reviews integrations, Grade.us is white labeled, meaning that once you connect the integration, your customers who access the dashboard will never see the name of the provider. Instead, the name changes to simply indicate "Reviews".
The integration provides your customer's aggregate rating, total number of reviews, # of reviews by star rating, reviews by source, and reviews by sentiment.
Similar to Yext and Birdeye, the Grade.us integration also provides a feed-style list of reviews in real time with metrics for each individual review. Click any of these reviews to jump to the host site and respond right from within the dashboard.
We hope you guys love the new Grade.us integration! Look for native Google and Facebook reviews - as well as one other surprise integration from our top customer requests - to be added to the Reviews sub-section in Q1 of 2018.
And we've got a couple more "Christmas surprises" in store for you guys before 2017 draws to a close!
Any guesses as to what they might be? Leave a comment below :-)
