Fantastic value for money with scalable pricing depending on your needs
I have been using AgencyAnalytics for over three years and honestly, I would have trouble imagining my work life without it. Agency Analytics comes with just the right range of integrations and third part platform support, not to mention a comprehensive site auditor tool which has recently received a significant upgrade.
The Majestic integration is great in that we have a backlink tool built-in and we do not need to pay for anything else if we do not want to, but the coverage is not great. That said, it is still adequate for our SEO methodology at Resurge Digital and we have not committed to subscribing to another tool yet as Agency Analytics still sufficiently provides the backlink data we need.
To make it short and sweet; when we founded our new Brisbane digital marketing agency - Resurge Digital, going with AgencyAnalytics for all of our tracking, auditing and reporting was a complete no-brainer.
Best, most user friendly analytics software
What I like most about Agency Analytics is how easy it is to set up dashboards and regular reporting in a way that's user friendly. A lot of software that attempts analytics reporting is super confusing to set up and time consuming. I didn't want to spend hours upon hours on YouTube researching how to use a piece of software I purchased.
Now I'm able to have all my clients' data in my inbox easily every morning and on-demand. We had no centralized visibility into our client's PPC and traffic data before using this software. Now I have a much better handle on how things are going every day. The color coding is clutch, and the dashboards are very easy to set up at a glance. It integrated with pretty much everything. Also, customer service is incredible.
I'd rate AgencyAnalytics a 10/10 for a reporting management software. It is great!
AgencyAnalytics helps a lot with how we structure our reporting and workflow. It also helps with collaborating with the whole team - from the executives to the ones that are maintaining the campaigns. It's very useful with communicating with the client and have them be able to either get reporting or monitor their campaign through their own user accounts.
I like the fact that I'm able to add either a staff user or a client user and I'm able to customize their permissions so I'm able to compartmentalize and segregate operational security a lot easier from the owners and executive standpoint if we have sensitive information for some clients. I also like the ease of installing integrations as well as adding users to the platform and show everyone how to use it through their education database.

We started using Agency Analytics about three years ago as a solution to integrate our Google Search Console data and other SEO tools - at the time, there was no platform offering this. Since then, they've constantly improved their software, integrated more and more tools, and have been super responsive when we've needed support and have ideas.
Nowadays, it serves as an all-in-one reporting dashboard, integrating all our digital marketing tools to make sure we have great data for our team and our clients.

AgencyAnalytics just keeps getting better and better
What I like best is the number of available integrations. From integrated call statistics to monitoring backlinks, it does it all. Key for us was the auditing and reporting. Plus, the white label solution means that I can run and send out branded reports in minutes.

We use Agency Analytics as a tool to monitor key analytics (costs, clicks, likes etc) for the core channels we utilise for both ourselves and our clients' digital marketing activity.
The dashboard gives a great overview and you can quickly drill down on most standard data metrics. Increasingly I find myself going to Agency Analytics before I go into Google Analytics for basic overviews of data
