This week we have two exciting updates for you:
We're introducing a brand new integration to Twilio, giving you the ability to report on both call and SMS tracking metrics.
Our roadmap is now open to users of our platform, meaning you can see what's coming, submit requests, and vote on other users' requests!
Our Twilio integration is split into two sections: Voice and SMS.
In the voice section, the reportable metrics are broken down into three categories:
These can all be found in the 'metrics' section in the right-hand filter menu.
Selecting these will enable them as Stat Widgets, while they will also be available in a table at the bottom of your Twilio Dashboard.
Listen to Voice Recordings In-App
You can also listen to call recordings right from your within your Twilio dashboard. In the table widget, simply click on the call you want to listen to and hit play on the right-hand flyout menu!
Similarly to the Voice section, our SMS metrics are broken into categories:
Sent During Call
If your SMS message contains media content, you can view that by clicking on the message in the table widget. Currently, images and gifs are supported!
Access To Our Roadmap
Last month we wrote a blog detailing our roadmap for integration and feature releases over the next few months.
This month, we went one better by opening our roadmap to current customers. As long as you can log in to our platform, you can access our roadmap!
To get there, you can use one of 2 ways:

In your AgencyAnalytics dashboard, click on your name in the top-right corner and select 'Product Roadmap' from the menu
If you are an admin of your AgencyAnalytics account, you can submit feature requests and vote on existing requests that you want to see added! As yet, staff accounts can't submit feature requests directly, but can still request them from our support staff!
