Let's dig in and see exactly what you can report on with this new integration.
Integrating WildJar is as easy as connecting anything else within our software.
Simply navigate to 'Integrations' in the left-hand menu and click on the WildJar logo. Follow the short setup steps from there.
WildJar Dashboard and Metrics
The most unique thing about WildJar, as opposed to our other call tracking integrations, is the ability to differentiate between 'Web Source' and 'Call Source'. This means you can determine what channel it came through (Call Source), and which website it came from (Web Source).
Ready to take your reporting to the next level?
In the pre-made dashboard that you will land on after connecting WildJar, you will first see the following metrics:
Caller Type: Return Caller vs. First Time Caller
Call Status: Answered vs. Missed
Answered: Calls answered by day
# Calls Answered
# Calls Missed
# New Callers
As you scroll down, you'll see a table that lists all of the calls, and gives you the option to listen to them.
