What is a “Client” (formerly called a “Campaign”) within the AgencyAnalytics platform?

Answer

A Client represents one business relationship you manage in AgencyAnalytics. Each Client can be connected to multiple data integrations and have any number of reports (and unlimited dashboards on Agency and Agency Pro plans). Your plan determines how many total Clients you start with. You can always add more Clients to your plan if you need to.

How many integrations can I have per client?

Simple! You can connect as many of our 80+ integrations to each Client as you need!

What's better is that some* of our integrations even allow you to connect multiple accounts per Client (up to 10 on the Agency plan). This is especially useful if your client is a franchise, operates in multiple languages/locations or if you have to work with separate accounts for any other reason.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time—simply pay the difference for the new plan. And if you choose to move to an annual plan, you’ll lock in a discounted monthly rate for even greater savings.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with our software (within 30 days) we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.

Do I have to commit to a contract?

For monthly plans, there’s no commitment—you can cancel anytime, and you won’t be billed again. Annual plans come with a discount but require a 1-year commitment to lock in the savings.
