Stay In Touch With Clients Via Our New Messaging Integrations!
Here's something that both you and your clients are going to love: We've just added support messaging to your client-facing dashboards!
This means that if your agency uses a messaging platform for client communications, clients will be able to contact you instantly when they're logged into AgencyAnalytics.
To help you stay on top of your client communications, we've added a wide range of the top messaging tools:
- FreshChat / FreshDesk
Admins can set up their agency's client messaging platform in just a few steps.
Simply go to your Settings > General dashboard, scroll to the bottom, and select your messaging service. Enter your unique ID or key (these vary depending on the platform), and hit "Save".
From there, your clients will always see a chat bubble appear at the bottom right of their screen.
Any messages your clients send will automatically appear in your messaging platform, where your team can handle communications like normal.
This helps you create a seamless communication experience for your clients, to easily push messages and manage their support questions all within the one platform!
This new feature is available to all customers on our latest Agency and Enterprise pricing tiers.
Today's update is a big improvement upon our older client messaging system (which will be removed soon).
