At AgencyAnalytics, it's our job to make your job easier. Based on your feedback, we've just implemented another update that does exactly that...
You can now instantly generate a shareable link to any dashboard or report: no logins or emails required!
Your clients and staff have always had the option to log in and view any of our marketing dashboards, and your team have probably been making the absolute most of our unlimited PDF and automated reporting.
Now though, you have another option to quickly share anything you need! You can instantly create a link to any dashboard or report, then share it with anyone you like. They'll have full read-only access to that data, without needing to log in to our platform.
To generate a link on a dashboard, simply click the "Export" button at the top right of your screen, then click the "Get Link" option in the drop-down menu.
You'll see your link appear right away. Click the "Copy Link" button to copy that link to your clipboard.
That's it! Share the link with anyone you like, and they'll instantly see all of that data. The data you share is based on the exact date range you've selected, and includes all of the metrics and widgets you see on your screen.
For creating a shareable link to any of your reports, it's the same process. Simply click the "Export" button at the top right of a report, and select "Get Link".
You'll be prompted to select the exact date range you'd like the report to cover, and you'll then see the link available on your screen.
All of the links you generate will be permanent, and they'll always show the exact date range you selected when generating the link.
This will allow you to easily share any data you like with clients, or to get your team up to speed with anything they need to put their eyes on!
Thanks again to all of our customers who reached out about this feature! If you have any feedback or other feature suggestions to make AgencyAnalytics the best agency reporting tool, reach out to us at email@example.com.
