New Integration for Google Lighthouse

This week we're bringing you a brand new integration to Google Lighthouse!

This integration will allow you to report on comprehensive audits of your and your clients' website performance, accessibility, and SEO health. Let's take a look at how to get set up with Google Lighthouse.

Connecting the Google Lighthouse Integration

Firstly, integrate Google Lighthouse by navigating to the 'Integrations' tab in the left-hand menu of your desired campaign.

On first connection, we will automatically perform an audit on your chosen URL. During this time, you can navigate switch your attention to another area of the dashboard, and the audit will run in the background.

Google Lighthouse Reports and Metrics

Once your audit has been successfully completed, you will see our pre-populate dashboard. The first metrics you will see report:

  • The number of test passes, warnings, and fails
  • Website performance score
  • SEO score
  • Accessibility score
  • Best practices score

The next chart that you will see reports on the load times of the different elements of your website.

Scrolling down some more, you'll see a detailed report of all of the tests that were run, along with their score and whether they passed or failed.

As you click on each test that was run, you will get more information about that test and what it means.
