New Feature: Backlinks Manager

How do you show clients and customers the links that you're building on their behalf? Sure, you can show them a snapshot of their backlinks profile. You can even use AgencyAnalytics "New Links" reporting option to show clients fresh links that have appeared in their backlink profile.

But many of those "New Links" probably appeared organically. Some may even be spam. Showing "New Links" from a crawler doesn't demonstrate the specific links that YOUR agency has placed on a client's behalf. And it certainly doesn't show clients the links that are "in progress".

Many agencies solve this problem by including a spreadsheet with links and "upcoming" links in their reporting. Many AgencyAnalytics customers utilize our Google Sheets integration to pull that spreadsheet right into their automated reports.

But we're thrilled to announce that now there's a better way. Today we've released our brand new Backlink Manager utility.

Backlink Monitor

Let's take a quick walk-through:

You'll find the Backlinks Manager utility in the existing backlinks section...

Backlinks Section>/center> it's own tab:

Backlinks Monitor Tab

To add your first monitored backlink, click the "Add Backlink" button:

Add Backlinks

To add additional backlinks, click "Add Backlink" over to the right-hand side of your screen:

Add Backlinks

Whether for client reporting purposes or for your own internal workflow, track links that you're pursuing in the "Unpublished Links" tab:

Unpublished Backlinks

When the links you've built have gone live, move them to the "Published" tab, where we'll automatically fetch Page Authority and Domain Authority metrics for each link, plus analyze your data to create charts that show you your links by type, and links published by date:

Published Backlinks

Optionally, grant client users access to view the Backlinks Monitor inside of their white labeled dashboard, and choose exactly which tabs and metrics they can view:

We hope that you LOVE the new Backlinks Monitor feature, and that it brings you another step closer to maintaining ALL of your agency reporting and analytics inside of a single platform.
