As 2021 wraps up, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on a few of the major changes over the past year in terms of the product and recap anything you might’ve missed. We’re always working hard to improve your marketing agency’s reporting with robust tools that create easy-to-understand client reports.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing our plans with you for 2022. We’re always listening to you and your valuable feedback is critical to the product roadmap. As always, if you have any feature or integration requests, or want to see our public roadmap you can do so here.
Let’s get started.
Automated Client Reporting is Even Better than Before
Let’s look at a few of the major updates and improvements we made to our automated reporting platform.
1. Updated Reports and Dashboards Builder
If you’ve been regularly using AgencyAnalytics these past few weeks, the first and most obvious thing you noticed is that we recently updated the look and feel of the platform. The fresh new interface makes dashboards and reports even easier to understand and digest for your clients–and simpler for you to create.
Along with the aesthetic improvements, you might also have appreciated the improved dashboard editor functionality in the latest update. The goal here was to facilitate a seamless workflow for agencies. After all, in order to impress clients with results-based reporting and scale your business, your agency needs an intuitive interface that allows you to quickly create dashboards that your clients will actually want to look at.
With the brand new slideout menu on the right-hand side of your dashboard editor immediately allows you to connect to 60+ integrations so you don’t have to break your flow to gather all your clients' marketing metrics in one place.
This year, we also made the platform even more customizable so that you can create dashboards exactly how you want. Now your dashboards and reports are even easier for your agency clients to understand. Quickly add metrics and widgets in varied formats, including customizable area charts, pie charts, and much more.
Finally, the re-designed report builder now allows you to be more efficient with client reporting. Simply clone an existing report section to make onboarding new clients even faster than before.
2. Custom Metrics for Deeper Insights
Custom Metrics is another major feature that we introduced this year. Simply take any existing metrics, plug them into a formula that you've created (which can combine multiple integrations!), and come up with your own brand new custom metric.
The use cases for custom metrics are nearly limitless. Want to show your total PPC spend across all advertising platforms? You can do that. Need to find out your average cost per phone lead? Not a problem.

3. Goals: The Easiest Way to Highlight the Metrics Your Clients Care About
Another key feature we introduced this year is Goals. Goals allow you to make the metrics your clients care about really stand out with little need for further explanation.
It’s essential to clearly define goals and set performance targets to improve your agency’s client retention rates.
With the new Goals widget, easily showcase how your marketing efforts come together to help your clients succeed. Use these goals to track advertising conversions, phone calls, and even pace the PPC budget for your clients' campaigns.
4. New Integrations
Along with major product updates, we’ve also continued to add more and more integrations that your clients use every day. We now have over 60+ marketing integrations and continue to add new integrations to help you have all your clients’ marketing metrics in one place.
A few notable mentions this year include:
TikTok Ads: TikTok needs little to no introduction. With the new integration to TikTok Ads, your digital agency can keep track and report on your clients' most critical TikTok Ads metrics. Integrating your TikTok Ads data with other social media platforms your clients advertise on, like Facebook Ads or Instagram Ads, is an excellent way to provide a holistic view of your overall campaign performance.
Amazon Ads: This year, we also launched the much-anticipated integration with Amazon Ads. Track your Amazon Ads campaigns, right down to the product ASIN, from within your AgencyAnalytics dashboard.
Aside from those two highly requested integrations, we also launched other popular integrations this year:
AgencyAnalytics Continues to Grow
None of these new features, integrations, and updates would have been possible without your support. To ensure that we continue to provide agencies with the leading growth platform we’ve added 25 new faces at the company in 2021 and are looking to expand the team further in 2022.
